Refund and Returns Policy for Cash on Delivery Service

At TNZ Morocco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a refund or exchange on all items purchased using our Cash on Delivery service.

Refunds

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the item.

  3. Our delivery team will arrange to collect the item from you within 2-3 business days.

  4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7 days.

  5. We will issue the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@tnzmorocco.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the item.

  3. Our delivery team will arrange to collect the item from you within 2-3 business days.

  4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If it meets our exchange policy requirements, we will process your exchange within 7 days.

  5. We will ship the new item to you using our Cash on Delivery service.

Return Policy Requirements

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • It must include all accessories and documentation that came with the item
  • It must be returned within 2 days of receipt
  • It must not be a final sale or clearance item
